What's included in a basic cleaning?

KITCHEN: Clean all surfaces empty sink wipe down exterior of stove and fridge clean all floor surfaces take out garbage and recycling.

BEDROOM, LIVING ROOM & COMMON AREAS : Dust all accessible surfaces wipe down all mirrors & glass fixtures clean all floor surfaces take out garbage and recycling under the furniture.

BATHROOMS: Wash and sanitize the toilet/shower/tub/sink dust all accessible surfaces wipe down all mirrors & glass fixtures Clean all floor surfaces Take out garbage and recycling.

Can I skip or reschedule bookings?

Yes you can reschedule or cancel a cleaning up to 12 hours before it starts at no cost.

How long should a house cleaning take?

A standard house cleaning, depending on the size of your home, should typically take between 2 to 5 hours for a single person to complete, with a smaller apartment taking around 2-2.5 hours and a larger 3-bedroom house taking closer to 4-5 hours; however, this time can vary based on how thorough you clean and the condition of your home.

Could I get an estimate?

Yes, of course, and it’s totally free. Just send us the service you need from here and we will contact you as soon as possible to give you your estimate without any commitment.

Can I provide my own cleaning supplies?

Yes although we have everything necessary for each job, we are open to listening to our clients if they would like to use one of their products.

Could I leave the pets during the cleaning?

We love pets and have no problem keeping them in the house, but we would recommend keeping them in cages if they are wary or afraid of loud noises like vacuum cleaners.

Could I pay in cash?

Yes we accept cash, debit card or credit card or payment apps.

How can I rebook another cleaning?

We have our app, after the first cleaning each client receives the app where you can choose the next day and the service you need.
